These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from PixelDock Store through shop.pixeldockapps.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns & Refunds Policies.

Store and support

PixelDock Store operates this online store and remains responsible for customer support. Orders may be processed and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners. For assistance, email contact@pixeldockapps.com or call/WhatsApp +91 97171 84023, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability may change. We aim to present information accurately, but minor differences in colour or appearance may occur because of lighting, screens or supplier production batches. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or an obvious pricing or listing error is identified.

Orders and verification

An order is accepted after it has been successfully confirmed and processed. Customers must provide an accurate name, address, PIN code, email address and reachable phone number. Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may cancel orders that cannot be verified or appear fraudulent.

Prices, taxes and payments

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Prepaid payments are processed securely by the payment provider; PixelDock Store does not directly store complete payment-card details.

Shipping

We currently deliver within India to supported PIN codes. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by supplier processing, courier operations, holidays, weather or remote locations. Please review our Shipping Policy for current details.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation is possible only before the order has been processed or dispatched. Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs or video. Eligibility, return instructions and refund timing are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product use and safety

Customers must follow the instructions supplied with the product. Keep hands and utensils away from blades, do not operate the blender while open, and keep the motor and charging area away from water. Do not use the product with unsupported hard ingredients or while charging unless the supplied instructions expressly permit it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, PixelDock Store is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, failure to follow product instructions, inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
