Shipping Policy

Service area
We currently ship within India. Free standard shipping is available on orders delivered to supported PIN codes. Cash on Delivery is available where shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery
Orders are generally sent to the relevant fulfillment supplier within 24 hours. Most orders arrive within 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer because of supplier processing, courier delays, public holidays, weather, remote locations or events outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number used at checkout. Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete name, phone number, address and correct PIN code. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once a supplier or courier has processed the parcel, changes may not be possible.

Separate shipments
Products may be supplied by different fulfillment partners and can arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge.

Failed delivery and Cash on Delivery
Please keep your phone available for courier calls. Repeated refusal, an unreachable customer or an incorrect address may make future Cash on Delivery orders unavailable.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Email contact@pixeldockapps.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Resolution is handled under our Return and Refund Policy and the applicable supplier policy.
