Return and Refund Support
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from your order. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the product, packaging and issue. Keep the original packaging and accessories while the request is reviewed.
Approved damaged or incorrect-item claims may be resolved with a replacement, refund or another suitable remedy. Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and, if approved, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Actual return shipping charges may be deducted. Do not return an item without written instructions from us.
